By purchasing any item sold by Von Sussen Enterprises, the buyer expressly warrants that he/she is in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership, and use of the item. It shall be the buyer’s responsibility to comply with all Federal, State and Local laws governing the sale of any items listed, illustrated or sold. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Von Sussen Enterprises, its owners and employees, for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, use or mis-use of the item. Knives, Swords, sport equipment and other implements in this catalog can be dangerous if improperly handled. Keep away from children. Many items on this website will not be sold to minors.

Return Policy: Contact us. In general, we will accept any return for any reason within 10 days of delivery. Subject to the below restrictions.

A. We are not responsible for losses or damages not promptly reported. Any shortages or damages sustained in transit must be reported and noted at the time of receipt of merchandise and Von Sussen Enterprises must be notified within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.

B. For any and all returns a Return Authorization (RA#) must first be obtained before any merchandise can be returned, otherwise returns will not be credited.

C. All cartons returned must have the RA# printed on the outside of the carton or the package will be refused.

D. Call tags will be issued only in the case of damaged or incorrect shipments. All packages must be sent directly to Von Sussen Enterprises by UPS or Post Office.

E. Your return must include a copy of the invoice showing the items you are returning and the reason for return.

F. Only merchandise having a manufacturer’s defect or reported transit damage will have return shipping paid. Misused or improperly cared for products will not be accepted.

NOTE: Von Sussen Enterprises will not accept any merchandise returned after 30 days from purchase. All defective claims must be made 30 days from receipt of merchandise or be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
